Cancellation Policy
ADMsoft understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel your web development project. We want to make the cancellation process as easy as possible for you, so here are the steps involved:
1. Submit a cancellation request.
You can submit a cancellation request by sending an email to contact@admsoft.in or by calling us at +91 93075 94757.
2. Provide your reason for cancellation.
We will need to know the reason for your cancellation so that we can improve our services in the future.
3. Wait for confirmation.
Once we have received your cancellation request and reason, we will send you a confirmation email.
Refund Policy
Under normal circumstances, we do not offer refunds for web development projects. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that would warrant a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a cancellation request within 7 days of the start of the project. You must also provide a valid reason for your cancellation.
Refund Process
If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 30 days of the date of cancellation. The amount of your refund will be based on the amount of work that has been completed on your project.
